By accessing or using ProLearnX (prolearnx.com) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the content for personal interview preparation only, and not to:

• redistribute, resell, or publish any questions, answers, follow-ups, or notes;
• scrape, bulk-download, or circumvent the paywall or rate limits;
• abuse the AI, voice, or duel features, or attempt to cheat in ranked duels;
• misuse the service in any unlawful way.

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. One-time unlocks grant lifetime access to the purchased role(s) or bundle. Pro is a recurring subscription you can cancel anytime; it remains active through the paid period.

Web purchases are refundable within 7 days if you're unsatisfied; after 7 days they are non-refundable except where required by law. Amazon paperback/Kindle purchases follow Amazon's own policies. Payments are processed by Stripe and Razorpay.

AI grading, explanations, and mock-interview feedback are generated automatically and may be imperfect or incorrect. They are study aids, not professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular interview outcome.

The content and software are owned by ProLearnX or its licensors and protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the content — not ownership.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
